Aw, c’mon
guys, I don’t want to talk about this, especially with you. All you
care about is ruining my career……I’m not answering that
question……Let’s talk about Ponds instead.
Ponds are
great. I use them as part of my off-season training. A pool or
pond will work, but a pond is good for me. I like to drag some
bleachers in front of the pond and hit balls over them and into the
water. It helps me practice hitting balls out of AT&T Park and into
McCovey Cove. Some days I invite the press to sit in the bleachers
and then work on my line drives. So, kids, if you want to hit home
runs like me, start practicing in front of a pond, it will help
motivate you to swing for the fences. If you don’t have a pond,
just strap a bulldozer bucket to your chest and do some wind sprints
to dig one out, this will help keep you legs in shape as well.
That’s what I do when I am traveling and there are no ponds around.
If you can find a pond near a farm, you also get the reward of going
for a nice cool-down swim after your workout, and the chemical
run-off from the farms will help keep your body from losing muscle
mass.
But I am
tired now and my family is tired. You guys keep asking me about
ponds and you finally broke me…..you win….that’s how I feel about
ponds. Now go find someone else to bother, I’m not answering
anymore pond questions.
